This book explores what sport is and which activities our society considers to be sports. Inspired by the architecture of a Parisian shopping centre and the everyday activities of people, our life and consumption are depicted as a sport-game: consumers as players, shop mannequins as spectators, and the centre as a stadium guide the reader through the book. The book is structured into two halves and a commercial break. The question “Where does our idea of sport come from?” accompanies the consumers throughout the book.
